Enrollment Requirements
To ensure the safety of every one at Dog & Company; the following criteria are required…
1. Age :Dogs must be at least 3 months old.
2. Spayed/Neutered: Dogs over seven months must be spayed/neutered.
3. Vaccinations :All dogs must be current annually on the following vaccinations.
Veterinary proof of vaccinations are required prior to the first day of Grooming, Daycare or Sleepovers. Must Have the Following Vaccinations:
Rabies
Distemper Booster (DHLP)
Bordetella
